Cancellation Policy and Procedure

Requests for Cancellation of a Product or Service must be made prior to the end of the month in which you wish to cancel. Customer will be responsible for any and all charges for an account as long as the account is active and for which we have not received a “Notice of Cancellation.” Cancellation requests must be made via the Customer Backroom for the specific service being cancelled.

Products and Services

To Cancel a Product or Service begin by logging in to your Customer Account in the AlpineWeb Customer Backroom:

Once logged in, navigate to:

  1. Services > My Services > Product and click on the “Manage” button
  2. In the left hand sidebar click on “Request Cancellation
  3. Complete the Cancellation Request including a brief describe of your reason for Cancellation, actions regarding any associated Domain Name Registrations, and the Cancellation Type.

Upon cancellation of a Product or Service and depending on the Cancellation Type (Immediate or End of Billing Period) the Product or Service will be terminated and no further invoices will be generated.

Domain Name Registrations

To Cancel the Auto Renewal status of a Domain Name Registration begin by logging in to your Customer Account in the AlpineWeb Customer Backroom:

Once logged in, navigate to:

  1. Domains > My Domains > Domain
  2. In the Actions drop down menu choose “Auto Renewal Status” next to the Domain Name you wish to cancel Auto Renewal status for.
  3. Click on “Auto Renewal Status” to Cancel Auto Renewal for the domain.

Disabling Auto Renewal Status  for a Domain Name Registration will Cancel the generation of renewal invoices before your domain expires. Per ICANN rules and regulations you will continue to receive Domain Name Registration expiration notices until the Domain Name Registration expires.
