Migrating your email to AlpineWeb’s Premium Business Email is made easy with our included migration service. If you have any questions or concerns our support team is available to help.
I ordered Premium Business Email. Now what?
Our Hosting technicians will activate your new service shortly. You will also receive a welcome Email with tips on getting started once your account has been activated.
When will I be charged for my new mailboxes?
Mailboxes you create will be charged on your next billing cycle.
Can I order Premium Business Email if I don’t have hosting services with AlpineWeb?
Yes! Although it is not required to have Hosting services with AlpineWeb, you do need access to the management of the DNS for the domain name you wish to use for Premium Email. You will need to create or update the MX records for your Domain name.

Can I sync my Email to my mobile device with a Standard Mailbox?
