How to Report a Password Print

To securely report a password for a cPanel, WHM, software application or email accounts, please take the following steps:

  • Log in to AlpineWeb Customer Backroom here:

    Your login details are as follows:

    Login Name: The email address you used to create your account.

  • Once logged in, navigate to:

    Manage Account Details

  • Scroll down to the Report a cPanel, WHM or Application Password field:

  • Enter the password, making sure to include the account or application type, including the login where applicable. Example: WHM : root : password; WordPress : login name : password

Note: If you are reporting a list of email addresses and passwords, please use the Notes field.
