Forwarding Addresses

Premium Email can automatically forward email to a maximum of 15 other addresses (four of which can be outside of the domain). Settings can take 5-10 minutes to take effect.

  1. Login to your Webmail interface at

  2. In the upper right hand side next to your username, click the drop-down to access the Settings menu.

  3. Select Incoming Email and click the Forwarding tab.

  4. You can add email forwarding addresses and choose from the following options:

    • Enable: On / Off
    • Copies: Save a copy of forwarded email
    • Time Frame: Enable only during the following time frame

  5. Click Save to add the forwarding address and settings
