How do I add years to my Domain Name Renewal?

If you wish to add years to your Domain Name Registration period please login to the AlpineWeb Customer Backroom:

https://www.alpineweb.com/backroom/clientarea.php

Your login is the email account on file where you receive your invoices and other announcements. Your login details are as follows:

Login: Email address used during the initial accout creation.
Password: Specified during the ordering process.

After logging in navigate to:

Domains > My Domains

In the left hand column of the page click on:

Actions > Renew/Domain Renewals

Under the Domain Name you wish to renew, choose the number of years and click on Add to Cart. Add any additional Domain Names you wish to renew and continue by:

View Cart > Checkout

Please keep in mind that Domain Names are NOT RENEWED until renewal invoices are paid for.
