¹ - The account re-enable fee applies if a member of
the AlpineWeb Staff disables an account. AlpineWeb Staff members will disable an account if it is in violation
of AlpineWeb Policies.
² - The tape backup is the third level of backup provided by us. Restoring a file from the primary and
secondary backups, which are both stored on disk, is provided free of charge. Please see
Retrieving
