After six years we're retiring the Kayako Help Desk software that has helped us provide timely response to our customers
service and support requests.
This past fall we provisioned our new Customer Backroom software which includes a similar interface for submitting and managing
service and support requests that the Kayako Help Desk provided.
AlpineWeb Design Customers will still be able to submit support requests as they have in the past by sending email to the
